JAJA SUPPLY CHAIN Mid-Year Team Building: A Memorable Trip to Dongshan Island

As a company dedicated to providing one-stop procurement and logistics solutions for the Jamaica–China trade lane, our daily work often keeps us busy coordinating orders, managing shipments, and ensuring smooth deliveries. This week, we took a well-deserved break to recharge, connect, and celebrate our hard work with a mid-year team-building trip.

Our destination was Dongshan Island, a beautiful coastal gem in Fujian Province, known for its crystal-clear waters, sandy beaches, and rich cultural heritage. Over the course of two days and one night, we enjoyed the fresh sea breeze, stunning seaside views, and plenty of laughter.

The itinerary was filled with relaxing walks along the shore, delicious local seafood feasts, and group activities that strengthened our teamwork. We explored charming fishing villages, admired the island’s scenic spots, and captured countless photos together. In the evenings, we shared stories, played games, and enjoyed the peaceful ocean atmosphere under the starlit sky.

This trip was more than just a getaway—it was a reminder of how important it is to work together not only in the office but also outside of it. The bonds we build as a team translate directly into the dedication, efficiency, and trust we offer our customers.

As we return to work, refreshed and inspired, we look forward to continuing our mission: helping Jamaican clients source high-quality products from China and delivering them directly, safely, and efficiently to Jamaica.
